The tour is organized by us in cooperation with Sweden’s largest social franchise chain for Work-Integrating Social Enterprises (WISE), operating 12 social businesses with one clear mission:
to create job opportunities for people who have been excluded from the labor market.
With a total turnover of 60.5 million SEK, 128 employees (95% of whom were previously far from the labor market), and around 300 participants in work training or social housing programs we demonstrates the power of social entrepreneurship.

During this CSR tour, your team will gain insight into how social enterprises actively contribute to inclusion and sustainability — while also participating in hands-on workshops. The experience is designed to connect your company’s CSR and sustainability goals with meaningful real-life action.

Make your own herbal salt using freshly grown herbs from the gardens.
Planting & harvesting seasonal crops — a hands-on symbol of growth and renewal.
Gardening work that directly contributes to a vibrant and inclusive environment.
Circular economy in practice – set a table with second-hand treasures and discover new perspectives on reused and sustainable consumption.
Yoga in the close by forrest – combined with a workshop – breathwork.
